At Nari'yal Cosmetics, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Nari'yal boxes, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
